At Elder Homes we believe our attentive and experienced staff make the biggest difference to our residents' quality of life.

We have 180 members of staff employed to look after 93 residents as we believe having a high ratio of experienced staff to residents is the best way to provide the highest level of care and support to ensure all our residents, retain their dignity and continue to enjoy this next phase of their life, Whilst maintaining as much independence as possible.

Many of our senior staff members have been with us for over 20 years. All of our staff are employed by elder homes, including our domestic team and our maintenance team. Every member of our team is valued equally and contributes to the exceptional level of care - it's a team effort, and here is our team:
