A visit to Mining Museum at Newton Grange
What a great afternoon, travelling back in time to see how life may have been literally on the coal face! This was followed by a lovely drive past Roslyn Glen and Carrington village where lamb spotting was the order of the day.
A really interesting afternoon, where we were very well looked after by the staff and managed one or two cakes!,
