Afternoon Tea Party
This afternoon we had what we hope will be the first of many parties as we build up to Christmas. We decided to have a tea party today with the residents of Argyll Suite . The Chefs prepared some delicious Stollen, a traditional German Christmas cake, which was enjoyed by all, but the biggest treat of the afternoon was the wonderful music preformed by one of our hotel service team Premo Maiorano, who just happens to be a classically trained orchestral musician!
Premo had the residents dancing and joining in with some percussion instruments; When asked if she was enjoying the afternoons entertainment one resident said "Today I know I am alive". Friday it is the turn of the residents of Balmoral and next week we are of to Chamberlain.
