Anticipating care to come
As part of an ongoing part of helping everyone live well and even better as we get older, the NHS have been trying to develop their Anticipatiry Care Planning project.
This would help everyone to decide now, about care to come in the future- if it were needed. Something Elder Homes are commuted to and one illustrated here by Jackie Forbes from draw to learn (Jackie.forbes@drawtolearn.co.uk). This is the ongoing summary of a study day on this subject.
