Belated pancake day at Cluny Lodge
Our very own Unit Manager and pancake supremo Liz Swarbrick was away on Shrove Tuesday. This was not good news for those of us who had previously tasted her pancakes, however Liz was happy to delay her pancake making until today so residents and staff could enjoy them.
Enjoy them we did! There seemed to be a never ending supply and plenty for everyone. Along with afternoon tea and coffee, plus, of course, banter, it really was a lovely way to spend the afternoon.
