Birthday celebrations
Mrs Betty Snell was delighted to be able to celebrate her daughter Caroline`s birthday with her this morning, regardless of the wonderful Scottish weather and the window between them. A Happy Birthday banner was strung across the window, a garden table with a lovely waterproof cloth draped over it, a chair to sit on and most importantly a parasol normally used to protect us from the sun turned into an umberella- who said neccesity is the Mother of invention? They spoke to each other on their respective telephones. Both ladies were absolutely delighted,as were we. Happy Birthday Caroline from all of us.
