The residents of Chamberlain enjoyed a wonderful evening dining on a some delicious Italian cuisine, freshly prepared by our very own Italian Chef Poalo. The dining room was transformed into a traditional Italian taverna, with beautful Italian music played in the background creating the perfect ambience for the evenings.
The meal began with platters of antipasti, Bruschetta, Froccia, which was followed by Aubergine Pamigiana, Pizza, Chicken Cacciatore and so... much more finishing with classic Tiramisu` Amaretto Panna Cotta . Bella Italian !!
