Care Home Innovation Partnership
Chamberlain Home were host to the Care Home Innovation Partnership (CHIP), yesterday. It was great to meet in person and even better to see the innovative things the CHIP care homes are doing.
Liliana the manager at Chamberlain, shared about student placements, along with one of the residents of Chamberlain speaking about her perspective of working with an Art Psychotherapy student.
The picture is of a robot, being co-designed by Viewpoint and Heriot Watt university. It’s purpose is to dispense drinks, to save staff time, however the exciting thing is that it is being co-designed with staff and those with lived experience of care – we thought the plant pot on top was a great idea!
