Care Home discussion at Edinburgh Business College
Dirsector of Care, Mrs Rees and Education & Dementia Co-ordinator Cheryl Henderson attended a very interesting group meeting at Edinburgh Business college today.
As part of their Masters in International HR, the students are required to write a dissertation. This was the subject under discussion and the care industry was an area many of the students expressed an interest in.
If they decide to work with Elder Homes, the students will be looking at the integration of international staff within the care home sector. We feel this is a great oppotunity to develop in this area and ensure maximum, ongoing support for all our staff her at Elder Homes.
