Dine around the world Greek Style !
This evening it was the turn of the residents of Cluny Lodge to experience the deliciouse cusine of Greece. Once again all the food was prepared from scratch by our very talented chefs. To set the theme for the evenings meal the dining room was decorated in the style of a Greek taverna. The first dish served was a traditional and delicious Greek mezza platters, which where followed by such as dishes such as classic Moussaka, Soutzoukakia(greek meatballs), Stifado (Beef stew), Popoutsakia (eggplant), Spanakopita (Spinich, creamed feta and filo pastry pie) so.. much more. My favourite dish of the evening was the Balava, sweet and sticky just the thing to end what was a perfect meal.
