FaceTime viewing
Today saw a leap forward in technology use, (for Elder Homes anyway) with our first FaceTime show round at Chamberlain House.
For many people the sometimes difficult decision of finding a care home, comes with the added pressure of living miles away. This is exactly the situation one lady was in and photos can only let you see so much. For this reason we used FaceTime to not only show the lady the room, but around the whole house.
It was certainly a different approach for us, but one we feel might be very useful to others in the future, helping people just that bit more at a time where every little does indeed help.
