First Aid Training
As part of our on-going development, many of our staff are trained in Emergency First Aid at work. This means that in all areas of the home there are designated First Aiders if required.
This is a very serious subject and one, I am sure you will agree is essential to get right! However that doesn`t mean the course has to be boring, and with Sean from CPS Activities (www.cpsactivities.com) it was anything but!
Not only did we get to use some cool gadgets to simulate various conditions, we discussed many scenarios that could arise and all left feeling far more confident of dealing with these emergencies - also with a smile as the course was informative yet great fun.
