Golden Cheryl
Just had to share this with everyone! Cheryl is the Education and dementia Co-ordinator for Elder Homes and is responsible for the Induction and ongoing training and support of all grades of staff within Elder Homes. Cheryl has developed a "Helpful Hints" tool to use as an aid-memoir in Reducing Resistance to Essential Care training and she approached her training provider (NAPPI UK) who have assessed her tool as being "true gold". Cheryl is also undertaking the Certificate in Education and Training. She is also available to residents,relatives etc for advise. We would like to congratulate her on this acheivement and say thank you for the work you do. Well done Cheryl.
