Music at Chamberlain
You will be aware, from many of the news articles on the website, that music plays a huge part of life here at Elder Homes Ltd, in order to continue this important aspect of many of our resident`s lives.
This piano is a case in point. One of our couples asked if they could bring in their piano to Chamberlain, shortly after they moved in. This was arranged and helped the couple to achieve the `normality` in their day to day life that many of us take for granted, by being able to continue their routine of the gentleman playing after meal times.
This has also helped include others, as the gentleman is more than happy to play requests, or just play quiet, background music. It is also a great talking point for many visitors and the couple themselves as they remember the great part this has had in their lives, and still does!
