NEWS UPDATE - Developing nurses for the future
We are proud of all our staff and their achiements, whether it is SVQ 2 or 3 in Care, a new baby or moving house. This week we wanted to shine a light on 3 staff who are currently working and doing their nursing studies.
Gail and Lisa, who are both based in Cluny Lodge and Danielle who is based at Chamberlain have all underatken courses to allow them to work plus do their training. Lisa via Open University and Danielle and Gail via Edinburgh College and Napier University.
These are both 4 year courses but will ensure Elder Homes get to keep them as vital staff members for longer, prior to (and hopefully once) qualifying as Registered Nurses!!
