NEWS UPDATE - Resident consultation
As you may have read in the previous NEWS UPDATE instalment, we have been consulting with people to ensure they know about the new IPC (Infection Prevntion and Control) standards.
These meetings are to make sure they all know about the standards, but more importantly to have their say in how Elder Homes develop this important part of their work.
This week it was all about the resdidents. We used this `Plain English` version as it was felt that it is much more clear. The meetings went well and the notes of these, along with all the other meetings are available for anyone to read - please just ask!
