Name in lights!
We are very proud of all our staff and their achievements and were really pleased that Robert Murray, one of our long standing Team Leaders, was invited to join the RCN (Royal College of Nursing ) conference in Birmingham last week.
Robert was selected (along with others from Elder Homes who weren`t able to attend) to be filmed about his experiences of involvement with palliative and end of life care within the home as well as his attendance at an RCN training course - Supporting Better Care. This film will be shown at the RCN congress next year.
Robert said the experience was really interesting and he felt he benefited from meeting up with other people from various healthcare settings, although he assures us there is no need to queue for his autograph just yet!
