New participants in 'Supporting Better Care program'
Today saw 9 Elder Homes staff attending a training session at RCN (Royal College of Nursing). This course covers subjects such as Resident Safety, Dementia, Diabetes and Dignity amongst others.
This training will enhance all training carried out `in-house` at Cluny Lodge and Chamberlain House and give the staff time to reflect on their practice outside the care home.
The feedback was very positive, with one participant saying she `can`t wait` for the next session.
