Norovirus Update
We regret to advise you that there have been further new cases of the virus overnight and today-just as we thought we had jumped the last hurdle! On the advice of Public Health Balmoral will be open to visiting and please phone or ask at reception how you can gain access. Visitors can be admitted to Argyll and we would ask that you wear the protective equipment that we provide, again please phone or ask at reception if you require any futher information. Residents are able to go outwith Cluny if they wish but not into "public" areas such as cafes etc. At this moment we are unable to say with certainity how long this will continue but we have got to have a 72 hour period where we have been completely symptom free. We will continue with all our heightened infection control procedures and do everything we can to bring this to an end. Once again thank you for your patience.
