Not only did we decorate the outside we decorated throughout
Lots of memories were shared. Many residents had written some of their recollections of the day and staff put those into "memory bubbles" which were put up all around the homes. Some residents had been fortunate enough to witness events first hand as they were already in London that day. The most abiding memory for most was being on the Mall and outside of Buckingham Place which is regarded as the epicentre of those celebrations.
