Pancake Day
Welcome to our pancake hive of industry!! We were so pleased to see Liz Swarbrick back visiting with us today. Liz`s pancakes are legendary here in Elder homes, a firm favourite with staff and residents alike .
liz freshly made around 500 pancakes ! if not more; she flipped and tossed pancakes for 4hours! Making sure no one missed out. They were served with butter & jam, malple syrup & cream, lemon juice & sugar ,and so many more deliouse toppings.
Liz also prepared 200 pancakes for the staff & residents of Chamberlain, and chef Paulo prepared all the toppings making for a wonderful day for all.
Liz is a retired unit manager who worked for for elder homes for over 26 years.
