Pancake day
As a celebration of Shrove Tuesday, we were joined by Liz Swarbrick, one of our retired Managers. Liz is a dab - hand at pancake making and had plenty of practice today .... 500 plus infact!
Various toppings and much laughter accompanied the pancake making. As well as catching up with Liz who is missed.
