Relatives meeting
Although all the staff at Elder Homes are very much here for the residents, their relatives and friends are also our concern. We feel strongly that having a loved one in a care home is far from easy at times and we hope that, by having open metings, relatives can chat to staff and each other about issues they have and hear what is happening.
Tonight, we heard from managers of Hotel services, Maintenence, Social and Leisure, Physiotherapy and Education & Dementia as well as Mrs Rees who updated all present with what is happening in their area. This was then followed by a lovely buffet!!
