Hola! Who would have thought that much about Sherry! SO many different varieties, with such diverse tastes.
We were delighted to hosts this Sherry tasting evening with information about Spain plus, of course, many Spanish delicacies. Plus Sherry!!
We are very grateful to Simon, son-in-law of one of our residents for his expertese and knowlegde on this subject - and for a very entertaining presentation.
We also wish to thank all the staff that helped to ensure a great evening, particulalry our Social and Leisure team, headed by Marion, Care and Nursing Staff plus two of our Hotel Services/nutritional team, sisters Maria and Carolina, who are from Spain!
