Supporting Better Care
Today saw our 3rd Cohort of carers attend their second of four training sessions at the Royal College of Nursing HQ in Edinburgh.
It is a great chance for our staff to receive up to date training in a different environment as well as share their own knowledge and practice. This course complements the training they already receive on a day to day basis.
Feedback has been very postive and best of all, our residents can know they are being assisted by people trained and up to date in all aspects of care.
