Many congratulations to our second group of participants, who have now passed their Supporting Better Care program with the RCN (Royal College of Nursing)
Feedback from our staff was very positive and they felt they had gained a lot from the course - they were also pleased that much of their knowledge and practice was already up to date and relevant. As they said, it was good to hear this from trainers outside Elder Homes.
