The first Barbecue of the summer!
This afternoon we held the first Barbecue party of the summer. The good old Scottish weather never let us down, the sun poked its head out every now and then and the rain stayed away until late afternoon thankfully. Residents and staff came prepared just incase with sunhats and blankets. With the bbq all fired up the chef`s dished up all the traditional foods such as burgers, hot dogs, tasty chicken and spicy Polish sausage...Mmm. A variety of delicious salads accompanied the barbecue food all washed down with homemade strawberry and mint lemonade.
