Twiddle muffs!
Although an odd sounding item, these innovative hand muffs, not only keep hands warm, but are a constant source of interest to the wearer. This might be by exploring the various materials and `gadgets`, stroking the fabric or looking at the knitting. Which ever way, they are a fantastic focus for the individual living with dementia, particularly one who likes to explore their surroundings with their hands.
