Visit from Firrhill High School
We are always keen to help the younger generation to develop and learn more about care of older people. For this reason yesterday and today found Cluny Lodge the hosts of 5 pupils and 1 teacher from Firrhill. (The picture shows the room they are studying in before the day started).
The pupils are learning about care homes and also about dementia. Part of their project has been to join in some activities and also help design a poster for Dementia Awareness Week (04 - 10.06.18). This they have done with enthusiasm and really good insight......they have been amazing and a real credit to their school.
