'Supporting Better Care' with Chamberlain and Cluny Care Homes, Edinburgh
Today saw the second of 4 study days commence for several of Elder Homes Carers and Team Leaders.
The `Supporting Better Care` course is run by the RCN (Royal College of Nursing), facilitated by Alan and Andrea. This is the second course Elder Homes have commissioned as there was a lot of possitive feedback following the first course.
This gives the staff a great opportunity to reflect, learn and discuss issues in an environment away from their day job. Leading to `Better Care` provision.
