'Creating a Person Centred Culture'
We were honoured to be joined today by Professor Brendan McCormack, head of nursing at Queen Margaret University.
Professor McCormack spoke about helping those in our care to `Flourish` by challenging many of our thoughts and perceptions about the care we give.
Person Centred care is something we feel passionately about and endeavour to deliver, however this study afternoon highlighted even more areas we can develop, for example meal times and bed times - real food for thought.
